One UI 7 begins rollout in India and other regions for 2024 Galaxy models
After a long wait and a false start, One UI 7 (based on Android 15) is finally rolling out in new markets including India. It starts with recent flagship models: Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra, along with Galaxy Z Flip6 and Z Fold6 (but not the S24 FE).

You can check out the official timeline for India, with the caveat that it is subject to change if any issues occur during the rollout. Galaxy S24 FE owners will get their update in May, as will Galaxy S23 (including FE) owners. Foldables down to the Z Flip3 and Z Fold3 are all scheduled for a May release too.
The update for eligible mid-rangers in the A, M and F series will begin in June. Some models will have to wait until July, however.
It’s not just India, by the way. In the Samsung Community forums we have seen reports of One UI 7 from Bangladesh, Nepal and the Middle East as well. Other regions like South Korea and Europe saw the update start, pause and resume in the last few weeks.
Check out the One UI 7 changelog for an overview of what’s new in this major upgrade to Samsung’s software.
